I received this camera on June 17th it is now August 4th and it still doesn't work. I called customer service at least once a week and sometimes once a day. Made me do the same steps multiple times, claimed the camera had to be turned off for 24 hours. Said if I turn it back on it will work. When that didn't work, I asked them to call me back so we could discuss next steps if that didn't work. NEVER RECEIVED A CALL despite promising at least a dozen times. They said they would send a new SD card that would fix everything. Called back three times and never arrived. I caught them in a lie when I asked MONAT for a tracking number after they told me they shipped it and they said they didn't have it. DO NOT make the same mistake as me. I have had another camera for years but this company doesn't care about the customer anymore.
