I've had cases of the watch falling apart or just dying so I bought it because it's Skagen and because of the metal bracelet. I also just love the way this watch looks - it's cool, not overdone and goes well with casual or evening wear. I'm also a big fan of the analog dial. I really like this watch but they have one issue that I am writing a review for. The locking mechanism constantly loosens or detaches completely from the bracelet, and there have been a few times where I've caught a watch falling. There are two issues with the clasp: (1.) the tab that attaches the entire clasp to the band appears to have come loose, causing the clasp to slide down the band, and (2.) the outside of the clasp mechanism, i.e. should the latch engage and continue to secure it, it simply stopped latching firmly. All of this leads to me having to pay attention to when the watch feels too free. I then have to reinstall the locking mechanism on the strap to secure it again. It's not a big deal (I really like this watch) but I'm glad I invested in an extra protection plan. I have a feeling that at some point the watch will completely detach from my wrist.
