I've used various Micron pens in the past, all in black ink with different weights/tips. None of them were particularly durable, but only the chisel tip was a real disappointment. I recently got a magazine Bible and some magazine Bible reviews generally recommend Micron 003 and 005 for thin paper. The star of this 4-pack is the sepia ink. It's a nice shade and a nice variation on the regular black. I thought I would be prepared for how flimsy the 003 and 005 springs are, but no - I almost thought they were all defective with no springs whatsoever, until I took a closer look! That being said I'm getting used to them and appreciate the lack of show through on thin paper. I won't be using them for my regular journal/journal as they are very thin, but they are great for use on thin paper and for detailed sketching I think. I'm thinking of finding a sepia ink color in one of the microns with a regular pen because as I said it's quite nice.
