At first I found the material a bit scratchy but after a wash or two it got a lot better wearing it all the time. The medium size is ideal for a 38 inch chest. It's perfect for being neither loose nor tight so it shows good definition in the hands. This is a lighter material than what you can find compared to more expensive brands like Lulu Lemon, but even these brands are 50% to 2 times more expensive.
