Overall this is a good watch. Step counting is inaccurate when walking and holding something. It only really counts your steps when you swing your arms. In addition, the clock works well. However, the app is terrible. It doesn't sync well with the watch and I often have to restart my phone for it to recognize the watch. I tried my Android phone and two different iPads. The problem is with the app, not the device. Edit: I haven't had this watch for 2 months now. I only wear it to work 3 days a week. The red color on my bracelet really turned black. Everything looks ridiculous and terrible. I originally gave 4 stars but that is unacceptable. My band shouldn't look so bad anytime soon
