We enjoyed this past summer for almost 6 weeks before Hurricane Laura struck. My husband was kind enough to build us a hammock stand so I was happy to purchase this hammock. Unfortunately the stand was destroyed by the hurricane, but we had the foresight to pull up the hammock to make sure everything was in order. We look forward to spring when he builds us another hammock stand. The first thing that caught my eye was a bright two-tone blue color. Pretty amazing. The hammock is made of extremely durable and breathable 201T parachute nylon and a triple blend. It can safely carry up to 800 pounds, but we didn't add that much weight. The set includes 2 durable steel carabiners and 2 wooden straps. Both fit perfectly with the hammock stand he built and were easy to remove when we weren't using them. It also came with a pocket to put everything and amazingly I was able to put it back in my pocket which is rarely the case. I'm definitely looking forward to spring/summer when we can enjoy our hammock again.
