The ability to easily create reports from multiple data sources (SQL Server/Oracle) without having any technical knowledge or experience with reporting tools was one thing I liked best about this product! There's nothing really we dislike at all- just minor things like not being able to see specific columns when creating new queries etc., which can be solved by adding filters after you've created them though there are other products out their who do offer more flexibility as far as filtering goes than ours does - so if they're looking specifically then maybe others would suit better? We use our BI tool daily within my organisation both internally & externally where users have access via an intranet portal using SSRS Reports; however some clients also come directly through us too hence why external usage has increased recently.
