the package was sent immediately after the order was placed and there were no delays in delivery. I only gave 4 stars because they put the bottle in a plastic bag that wasn't big enough to seal the entire bottle in the bag and the top of the container was sticking out of the top of the bag. The bottle didn't leak, I just think if the company makes an effort to put it in a bag, in case it leaks the bag fits the product and is fully sealed so nothing else is damaged. enclosed with your order. The product is odorless which is a plus, I didn't have any allergic reactions after using this product, it removed a lot of stains. I haven't tested it on different things but I would recommend it to everyone. .
