It seems there aren't that many Asian skincare products that contain retinol and some of that caught my eye. Maybe it was the weird name, or the price, or maybe I was just looking for a new night cream and this one came to mind while shopping. I haven't used this product long enough to tell you if it actually works against wrinkles, but here's what I can tell you from experience: This stuff works really well as a moisturizer. I haven't found it to interact poorly with any of my other face products, and it doesn't seem to smell much. The consistency is very strange - in the tin it almost looks like Elmer's white glue and can get very sticky. But after applying it to the face, it remains very comfortable and smooth. Not much seems to last long, so this container will likely last a while. I've been using it every night since I received it and the amount of product in the jar is the same as when I first opened it. I'm not sure yet if this product will become my skincare staple, but I have nothing bad to say about it either. I don't know if I can classify it as a "holy grail" product, but I think it's one of those things to try when looking for a night cream. The packaging is pretty cute too.
