I use this tablet a lot for work. In this case, it is very convenient to walk on large construction sites, view documentation and take notes. When buying a tablet, I was concerned that the Galaxy's bulkiness wouldn't make this use case very practical, but that wasn't a problem. The layers of protection, the grip on the outside and the wrist strap are really effective. I slip it into my laptop bag every day knowing it's very well protected and not prone to scratches or dents. That said, it's pretty powerful hardware, but to me it's a very worthy compromise. The landscape stand is ideal and is used regularly. The physics of using the stand in portrait mode doesn't work, so you need to take that into account. As a nice bonus I have a 3 year old and everything above that makes it very kid friendly too. All in all I highly recommend it.
