Great looking but not very good quality

I've been wearing it for about 2 months and it's started breaking my neck completely. I wear my necklaces every day because they're real gold, but something about them just breaks me, it itches like hell. I took it off for 2 weeks, the rash started to get better and it wasn't itchy. I just put it on yesterday and that's what it did, its already super super itchy and rash all over my neck but worse on one side.
