Review on Adventure Awaits: Playmobil Volkswagen T1 Camping Bus Action Figures & Statues by Jake Pavelko

As a fan of all things Volkswagen this was a fun addition to my collection. The box arrived in perfect condition, unlike many other reviews I've read. It was packaged in a sturdy box and I was pleasantly surprised that it was safe and wholesome. The assembly was a bit fiddly for me. I am a long time Lego fan and also a big Playmobil fan. However, I found the instructions for this kit rather vague. As mentioned, I had trouble installing the seat/bed. I was also a little surprised about the assembly of the doors. I couldn't tell which door should have which shelves. Most likely this was due to my less than ideal vision. The side mirrors were fine once I figured out the exact location to attach them. At first I thought I would "share" this set with our grandkids. However, when I finished assembling, I decided it would be my grandmother's van. ☺️I also have a Lego VW bus. It's obviously much more complex and detailed. Also more expensive! I think Playmobil did a great job here. The price seems very reasonable and the parts are pretty good. May I recommend it? Absolutely!
