I have to say I was disappointed when it arrived. It looked a lot smaller than I imagined, but it was entirely my fault for ignoring the measurements in the description. Another thing is that a small extra container doesn't fit in a bento at all. not up or down, but I just throw that thing in his lunch box and it's ok. it is no inconvenience to me. However, it's the perfect size for a quick, healthy, and easy lunch. I use it to pack lunch for my 180 lb friend. At first I over stuffed this thing and my friend told me it was more than enough and I don't need it. That might not be enough for some, but we didn't want this bento to fill him up to the point where he's completely full and unable to move. It's all about having a healthy middle and giving it fuel to work with. Definitely helps with portion control.
