These new boots have a thoughtful design. The foot box is the same as pictured, nice and wide. The outsole is the best I've seen for wet hiking or hiking where foot confidence is important. Synthetic materials look very durable and beautiful. They feature a lace-up closure mechanism which is also great for a custom fit! I've been an avid outdoorsman for over 60 years, hunting in the Rocky Mountains and across the country with years of field experience, and to be honest I've been very impressed with these Travelventure boots. Additionally, the price for such a quality boot makes them exceptional value. Many thanks to Topo and its founder for the great work. I will look into other products they make. After a few months of field work I come back to review these waterproof treadmills/walkers. Buy these if you want world class boots.
