I've been looking for the lightest diffuser I could find and LimoStudio is one of the lightest I have. It cannot be made lighter because then it becomes a consumable. However, I wanted to take the risk. That's why I cut out a tab from the diffuser in the middle and glued a piece of light hard frost to it. It was my favorite diffusion material when I was working, but it was a consumable. Since I retired, I don't see it that way anymore. I stuck it on a sedan instead of a regular frame, thinking it would be better preserved, there would be a little more and strong spread around the edges (very desirable), plus a flap that could be rolled up to increase density. Nobody has that! photo attached. I'm planning to add velcro to secure the rolled up diffusion flap but haven't done so yet.
