I originally bought a wireless Leitner headset and it worked very well but I still had to go to my phone base to answer a call. Then I ordered this lift and it is great! It was easy to set up. I had a small problem but I called Leitner support who very quickly told me what I needed to do (change the frequency setting on the base) and within a minute of calling them everything was working. I will recommend this wireless headset and lift to the rest of my colleagues. The product works great and the customer service at Leitner was friendly and efficient.
