I am always on the hunt for a good shaping garment that will help hide my rolls but make me look good and this more than fit the bill. The garment is easy to pull on and has straps to help keep it up but can also be worn without it. It was able to hold in my tummy and not compress my hips or thighs which can be a problem with some shapers. I ordered the medium which is the same size I wear in other shape wear and most underwear. For reference I am 5'3" 180 lbs and it fit me well. I was held in but comfortable. If you are looking for something to shape this one is perfect.
