Mounting kit is beyond useless
The screws included with this towel rail are beyond useless. Do the Chinese have different standards for Phillips screws? None of my screwdrivers fit and I ended up tearing off the slot which made pulling the screw out a headache. I had to do this because I installed the brackets backwards because there were no instructions. An experienced carpenter would know better, but I'm not alone. If Revain wants to sell these things to the general public, they should make it easy for someone with enough experience to install them. I'm still not sure if this thing will hold up.
