They prevent Apple headphones from constantly falling out.

I've just bought a new Apple iPhone XS and the headphones that came with them sound great if you put them to your ears or they fall out. These EarLocks keep them from falling out and they still sound GREAT! I called Apple and their solution was to sell me a $250 set of earbuds with different sized earbuds to fit your specific ear size or type. No thanks to Apple. These solve the problem perfectly.
