Okay, I was skeptical at first. How can a weighted blanket help you sleep? I will only say. It works out. It's like someone hugs you all night or a dog is laying on your legs. That's great. The quality of this blanket was excellent. The weight is evenly distributed, which is great too. When I use this, I wake up the same way I fell asleep. Not to mention that I don't feel tired in the mornings. I would highly recommend these blankets to people with ADHD like me. Makes a world of difference. I feel grounded.
