This keyboard was acquired by me from OnlineTrade.Ru under the order number 15023895 and the date 06/06/2022. In addition to the keyboard, we also requested the G102 mouse, and thus far, we haven't received any negative feedback on it. My initial reaction upon receiving the order was one of mild bewilderment due to the fact that the mouse was still sealed in its original factory packing and the keyboard bore a sticker that read "Verified by OnlineTrade" in place of a manufacturer seal. But on the interior, the keyboard was wrapped in polyethylene, the cord was sealed, and there were no indications that it had been used. On the rear, however, two of the screws were missing their tags. My interpretation is that this denotes that it has been opened, however you might correct me if I'm wrong. Regarding the keyboard, in point of fact, I have just one criticism to make: the "Space" and "ESC" keys (perhaps other keys as well; I just haven't found them yet) are really difficult to push, and not just the first time. As I am currently writing this text, I find that I frequently need to go back and press "Space" once again. And the keyboard is set up in the manner of a gaming keyboard; in video games, the "Space" key typically serves as an action like as a jump, a handbrake, etc. "ESC" is not a very important command, but neither is it adequate. In addition to gaming, I'd like to be able to print normally on the keyboard and use it for my job, both of which are difficult to do without a standard "Space" key. Before that, it had been serving dutifully without any complaints for many years, and it was the K710 wireless set. However, when it started to "freeze" and lose connection regularly, I made the decision to purchase a cable set instead. So I decided to buy it with my own money. I would like to speak with a representative from Logitech about the next steps that would be most beneficial for me. The check is available, but I promptly threw away the packing from the keyboard because I was not expecting such a sleazy trick from the company Logitech;) Ie. It appears that I will no longer be able to bring the keyboard back to the store in order to get either a replacement or a refund. . The keyboard was sent to the OnlineTrade pick-up location in Shcherbinka on June 9; the verification process may take up to 20 days, and the "repair" and return process could take up to 45 more days after that. That's 2 months. I will adjust the conclusion of the epic to take into account the feedback I received from the review. Take a laptop with you and test the keyboard right there and then by typing some text into any text editor. As a consequence, who will still purchase this keyboard? Now that the time for checks and repairs has come around, I have reinstalled the reliable old MK710 so that at least the text may be produced in a normal manner;)
