until Epson releases a firmware update to turn off ink alerts. Ink warning before printing a job. You either have to do this for every single job or throw away the last 10-15% of every $500+ ink set. Epson support says this is a "feature" to prevent accidentally running out of ink. Except that unlike the previous generation P600 and most other printers, this "feature" cannot be disabled. Epson is forcing customers to choose between taking care of the printer and constantly pressing the "OK" button or wasting a ton of good ink. No thank you. It prints fine, but doesn't mind if I have to sit next to it and hit OK a few times to get it to come back.
