C Gen2 10Gbps cable in terms of throughput. I did not test the charging performance. This 1.6ft mid-length cable is excellent and with a durable USB-C Gen2 adapter/chassis and a high-performance NVMe SSD, you'll get around 990Gb/s read and 960Gb/s write. I have not tried other lengths of this cable. This cable fits snugly when plugged into multiple USB-C jacks. Anything more solid creates tension during connection/disconnection. Some cables are very loose, which can be a problem. Most USB C Gen2 10Gb/s cables are terrible, the longer (>3ft) the worse. Many short and medium cables also perform poorly, but this cable performs well based on my 5-10 tests. Buying a Gen2 10Gb/s cable longer than 3 feet is a risky gamble. See attached image for details.
