Oh yes! This little beauty was perfect for a "romantic" Valentine's Day evening with my husband. That's very flattering; also for those of us with more curves and a little mommy belly. I'm 5ft 4in and 170lbs wearing a 38B and I felt like a goddess in it. I bought a large one and it was a bit tight at first but at first it fit snugly around the chest but stretched after a few minutes. The ability to adjust the halter was a nice touch. You can tighten it where you want and help give the "sisters" a good boost by making them pretty and perky. Thongs are thongs, and they're not comfortable for sleeping at all. I didn't use a garter belt so I'm not sure. I'm considering buying a few more.
