Have been using Bialetti products for over 10 years including Venus. Some time after I gave my old Venus to my brother, I recently bought a new one and noticed a difference in quality between the old and new. The new one has an unfinished area that is very difficult to clean. At first I thought it was some kind of stain or dirty oil from production, but after a few days of cleaning I realized it was an unfinished area with a lot of dirty oil. I am very disappointed with the quality management of the brand, which I really liked. I hope they take customers' comments into account and strive to improve.
