My cat, Dylan, is 17. He’s still spry for his age— playing with our pomsky puppy and going about the yard to make sure everything is in order. But, he did once suffer an injury to his shoulder (lived in the country, neighbor shot him with a pellet gun. Never found out who but we think Dylan was beating up their cat. Now he wears a collar, and we live elsewhere), and sometimes I can tell he’s achy. He uses these stairs probably 2/3 to 3/4 of the time. He knows the option is there, and I can tell he appreciated the gesture. And they’re hollow, so it’s a great place to store toys and treats. Highly recommend! Even under his fifteen pounds it’s never collapsed or anything close to that.
