The headphones refused to connect to each other and insisted on connecting to my device separately as separate items. the same sound instead of crisp left and right. Following the product page advice and troubleshooting did NOT work. Simply restarting the earbuds and waiting for them to automatically pair with each other didn't work. I had to reset the earbuds multiple times and try different methods until it finally worked by restarting the left earbuds multiple times while leaving the right earbud in pairing mode. It's not like this. It's good that the person had to sit down and spend time solving the puzzle because the product didn't work properly the first day. Or actually every other day. I was 5 minutes away from a refund. During use, the earbuds would occasionally respond, briefly changing tone or volume without human intervention.
