I like that you can do everything from one cloud-based system! This is perfect when it comes to customer service or any other type of interaction with your clients because all information about them are in just ONE place where they have easy access tooo!! The software also has some great features such as auto dialing which saves time by having agents call at times we would normally not be able ot reach our customers so this feature makes life easier! However i dislike how sometimes an agent will go into another program/application instead of using what was intended (which happens more than once). Sometimes things get mixed up between multiple applications within my computer but most often its due tot he fact there's two programs running simultaneously - hence why switching back takes awhile lol!! Overall good product though if used correctly could make work alot less stressful :) I like the way they listen to their customers. They are always looking for new ways to improve the product. The software is very user friendly and they are always working on improving it. I recommend them. I used them to communicate with customers and was very satisfied with the outcome. I am still a customer and they are very responsive to all of my needs. I am very happy with the service I received from them.
