They were well packaged. THE SIZE IS SUITABLE FOR NEWBORN. My daughter has a tiny head and is 6 weeks old and they fit well. They are beautiful and the colors are great. 2 small suggestions 1-They are "shabby" because they look a bit more rustic in reality than in the picture. They still go with everything, dressy or casual, and are still cute but a bit shabby than I expected. 2. Neon orange and green only. You could use light blue or some other variation of the more common colors of blue, purple, or even brown. But those neon colors are kind of gross, and in the last 2 years I haven't seen a single girl's clothes that have any of those colors. But very satisfied and would order again, probably ordering as a baby shower gift.
