Great for reattaching a sagging headliner

I reattached the headliner to an old car with these. They look nice and it's easy to do. They screw right into the fabric and into the foam underneath. They are also easy to remove and they barely leave any trace of where they've been if you remove it.

Twisting into fabric can be tricky.

Cons

They're chintzy. Hard to put in, rip out..
