Review on 🎃 Halloween Christmas Cosplay Costumes in Velvet by Tim Harrington

I ordered a medium size based on the size chart which fits just above my child's ankle. Not correct! It ended up in her lap. I don't know if I was accidentally sent "small" as the raincoat didn't have a size label and when I received it there wasn't enough time to exchange it so we just had to force it. The measurements correlated with the size small rather than the medium size I ordered. Length/size confusion aside, it worked and the material is nice and well made.
