I agree that these are premium cotton cartridges.
These soft, absorbent cotton pads are textured on one side so you can exfoliate or scrub as needed. They are ideal for gently removing make-up and hold the cleaning solution without dripping. I use it to remove nail polish and the textured side is very handy for rubbing off newer, heavier nail polishes. Very soft. The cotton won't tear right away, won't snag, and won't leave small pieces stuck to the toenail. I like them a lot better than the ones in regular stores. Lockable pocket.
