The armrests are up! on office chairs

Ordered and received this chair, thought Prime. Excellent. Started tuning, went through some tricky steps (some of the steps NEED a used hand for some of the steps), went to the screwing on the back and noticed the product was faulty. One of the threaded inserts on the back of the chair was missing, rather "unearthed". It just looked like the plastic failed on a molding machine or something. Anyway, sent a return request, UPS picked it up the next day, and the next day I had a new chair at home waiting for me. Overall a painless process, although I found it frustrating to put half a chair back together only to find it was defective. So far I am happy with the chair. I'm a video editor, so I work a lot. I'm a tall guy, 6ft 2in. I specifically chose this mesh chair because it resembles the one I have at work and I found it to be the most comfortable for my posture. There is very little metal in this chair. I guess that's to be expected, but the point is I'm trying to be too aware of how much weight I'm putting on the chair when I recline or lean on the armrest. It looks great but feels a bit cheaply made. I would rate it higher if the construction was a bit more solid and I hadn't received a defective product. It's comfortable, but maybe the chair isn't for everyone. I like how the armrests go up.
