Great skirt. I have received two. One in navy for swimming and one in the lake for running. He's definitely too small. I'm 5'4" and 130 pounds. I wear women's pants a size 4 or 6 but took a size 14 for swimming and a size 16 for running. What I did to get the right size was trying on the women's one piece swimsuit to determine my swimsuit size (obviously they are not the same size as pants. The Wonder Suit brand fits me perfectly at a size 12. So I decided to go up a size as suggested by other reviewers , and feel like a size 14 fits me for the beach I liked it so much I ordered a size up - it gives about an inch more leg coverage and a little more mobility in the hips - so I can wear it as streetwear.
