You get what you pay for.
This active antenna works better than my old rabbit ears when connected to my 42" HDTV, but not much better. my local channels I don't need to add anything after running SETUP ANTENNA on my TV and I don't need to align this antenna but I need to align my old one. The signal is clean but I can't see any real difference between powered and unpowered.
