This is my favorite laptop bag. I use them every day and they hold up well. If the front is a bit worn and the leather on the handles is worn, I'll replace it. I wanted the third. Lots of spots for everything that even a demanding computer consultant like myself can fit. Tools, testers, extra cables and adapters, etc. Unfortunately, the last one I ordered (May 2018), plus its replacement, both had poorly sewn seams in the top front zip compartment that came loose or just fell apart at first touch. It was straight out of the box. I understand this is a manufacturing issue but none of the items should pass quality control. Unfortunately, I am now looking for another laptop bag. I also have to report that the laptop strap on this bag is not heavy and both failed early on. My bag is full enough that I don't get too frustrated and just replace it with a sturdy Klein Tools strap, but be careful when loading your case.
