Okay first of all this product which is almost unchanged in design is currently made by MANY different companies and I have no idea which company originally developed it or has the best version. But so far I've bought 4 different ones and I like them all. For my purpose, this is ideal for keeping my face cool while playing VR so my hot skin doesn't fog up the lenses. For that, this thing is GREAT. Since its release a few years ago, there have been a few additions - colored LEDs and incense bead compartments - both of which are entirely unnecessary, but don't detract from the effectiveness of its main function - the fan. That being said, it should be noted that they are very cheap, with rather poor build quality and much lower batteries. One of them started to come apart at the seams, and after a short time they all quickly had reduced battery life. But be warned, they're so cheap that it's okay to buy a new device from time to time. The first one I bought was around $30 and now they've gone down to around $10 with no noticeable difference in quality between them.
