Ordered: 12 May 2020 (Tuesday) Delivered: 22 May 2020 (Friday) In use since 23 May 24 i have long hair that goes down the middle of my back over my bra cleavage. I timed my blow dry time and it only took five minutes both days. On the 26th I used my old hair dryer and it took just over five minutes. The high speed of the Berta hair dryer has power. Tried all three temperature settings: cold-warm-hot. I liked the hot setting and low fan speed. It's a little heavy at the back, but small for travel. Heats up quickly and adjusts quickly between temperatures when switching. Highly recommended especially if you have shoulder length short hair. I feel like my hair is craving the power this hair dryer delivers at high speed. If there should be one minus, then this is the weight of the stern. But there's nothing you won't forget once you try it.
