This is a great product, I've used it on a 1000+ mile ride and it's good! Sound quality for music works well depending on your music taste and production. I mostly listen to metal music and classic rock, everything from Slayer to Led Zeppelin. I found this music works best with headphones. I also listen to old school hip hop and felt the speakers were not suited to that genre. As for using the phone, I was on an interstate call with an old woman who was 80 years old and she understood me well and I understood her well too. It's not too complicated to set up and note that it uses an AC charging cable compared to stock Android, but that's not a problem for me, I got two cables here on Amazon for less than $10. The bottom line is that I am a biker on a budget and this product gets the job done for me.
