The skirt doesn't look like the photo at all, it's tiny!
Based on my measurements (36" waist, 40" hips and 148-150 weight) and the size chart on this item, I appear to be overweight. It didn't go past my thighs. I'm sending it back and I hope the XL fits. It doesn't stretch at all. If you have wide/large hips, order one size up. The material is scratchy and rough but I wanted to wear leggings/nylon underneath. If you have a butt, yours will be even shorter. Hope this helps someone.
