Review on Exclusive Convention Batman Chair Cape for Justice League Movie by Adam Cooper

Item arrived damaged (not damaged in transit but damaged in shipping) and has been used as it has obviously been opened. There are some stains on the cape, but I'm not sure if it's a manufacturing issue or damage from the previous owner. Nowhere in the product information was it mentioned that I would receive a used and damaged product. I am very upset as I bought this as a gift for someone and it is in too bad condition to give to them. Now I've run out of money for an item I don't want or can't give to anyone (and also stressed out having to quickly find and pay for another gift) because the return process is too long. request a return. The item itself is cool but the listing should state the condition of the product, not an attempt to sell a used and damaged product as if it were new. Very fraudulent and unfair to customers
