I like that the parts are made of wood. The paint has not peeled off yet, the colors are pleasant. The gear wheel on the side of the box is a nice addition and good use of materials. The lid of the box is difficult to remove so most young children will need help opening it, but I really like this feature because the child can't just remove the lid and fold the pieces before they've sorted them all. The ring stacker is of good quality and I prefer it to the classic plastic versions. The base does not tip over easily. A premium version of this classic toy for developing motor and cognitive skills.
