Pampers night diapers EXACTLY THE SAME as regular Pampers diapers (see photo). There is absolutely no difference between these two diapers except for the pattern on the front of the diaper. We've been using Pampers for a long time, looking for a reliable nighttime nappy and thought our favorite brand would do the job. When I received these Swaddlers Overnight nappies, I knew right away that they felt just like our regular swaddle nappies. In comparison, that turned out to be true. I really feel cheated and betrayed by the Pampers brand. We tested these nappies against our normal nappies for one night and our suspicions were confirmed. There is no difference between them. Attention buyers!
