Horrible service and unresponsive management

The support they provide was excellent! It's very difficult getting any kind of response from this team at all unless you're willing to pay them top dollar (which I'm not). They were great with finding us an account rep who could actually make sense when we tried asking about our options. We had no idea what exactly we needed until after contacting their staff over email - just like every other customer before me that contacted sales multiple times without success. Our project went through several iterations while trying to find answers to questions pertaining to our business needs; however, it seemed as though there wasn't much communication between the teams involved during each phase. This made everything seem last minute so many things came into question because nothing ever got addressed or fixed properly. If your looking for someone to help develop processes/procedures etc., then look elsewhere. Their.
