Ordered this bag in black, got it in red. I contacted Revain and they assured me they would replace it with the correct color and even made a note on the order to ensure I received the correct package. They sent another red bag. I contacted customer service again and they told me they would refund my money and I would keep the bag to myself. I never received a refund and a hole appeared in my pocket on the first day of use. If this bag flexes at all, a tear will result. I have bought this bag twice prior to this purchase and they have been of the best quality, lasted about three months each, which to me is good for a transparent bag for everyday use at work. However, because of the latter, I will never buy them again. The product went all the way down the slope.
