This ergonomic model Panasonic ER-SB40 (3.6V) is made in Japan. Changes in 1 hour. When activated, the blue indicator flashes the charge level: High, Medium, Low. Cuts precisely from 1 to 10 mm. I paid €149.99 and would do it again. Please apply hair cutting oil sparingly after each use. I bought WAHL's 4 oz. (120ml). Two months in use - no problems. Panasonic succeeded this time. UPDATE: It's still working fine after 10 months of use. Again, I clean it after each use, separating the blades and holding them open to allow oil to smear between them. UPDATE: Almost a year later and this thing has been flawless with one caveat - I couldn't find a source for a replacement blade, not even through the Panasonic website. Zip code Nada. The blade is still doing its job, but over time it will fail. Any suggestions?
