TLDR: Lots of fake reviews on this product. There are too many bugs in the software and the battery life is terrible. It does NOT have an oxygen sensor or blood pressure monitor as many fake reviews suggest. Pros: An aluminum watch case is better than a regular plastic watch case, but not nearly as good as the steel watch cases found on older watches. It's easy to link the phone app to the watch and fairly easy to set up. First look at the watch and it looks fine (assuming the display is off). how good it is. It detects not only deep sleep and light sleep, but also REM sleep. Many other watches do not indicate REM sleep. On the other hand, it didn't detect when I woke up and went to the bathroom, so accuracy is questionable. Cons: The pedometer is extremely inaccurate. I've found it loses up to 30% of my steps after I've walked a mile. Distance traveled: Even if the step count was correct, they are using the wrong formula to calculate the distance traveled. They use your height instead of your stride length (stride length) multiplied by the number of steps taken to determine distance traveled, which of course isn't true. The calorie count is wrong: I assume they use a distance calculation for that, but distance traveled vs. the online charts aren't even approximate, most likely because the distance traveled is far. Battery Life: Specifications claim a 15 day battery life compared to 10 day battery life for other watches. I'm on day 3 and the battery is at 35% (running at 100%). you do the math It is unlikely that this will last 15 days. I would be shocked if it took 5 days. Compare to the watch my wife bought (same price, different manufacturer) and it is 90% charged in 3 days. Both have notifications enabled and both have continuous heart rate monitoring enabled. App/GUI: When installing the app for the first time, you need to go through the profile setup. But the app forces you to use metric units during the setup phase. Once it's set up you can go back and switch to imperial units, but if selling in the US market please understand that we're still sticking with imperial units. The app/GUI also has some Chinese to English translation issues and you can only guess what they were trying to say. Support: I tried to contact support twice about a removal issue. Be aware that the only way to contact customer service is through Revain's seller contact page and once they get back to you you can't reply so it's a miserable experience. You must contact the seller again. Anyway, the first answer was a copy/paste answer and was completely wrong. The second response requested screenshots instead of verifying the issue on their side. I could reasonably reply to the message, but since I couldn't, I'd have to go through the whole process again. In the end the watch is returned due to the website's inaccurate description (battery life).
