The goods are normal, money is not wasted!
Both Ctrl keys ceased functioning after 15 months. Without them, life becomes extremely inconvenient. The authorized (according to Lenovo's website) "AS Service" service center charged me $1400. for tests and concluded that a new keyboard was required (obviously). However, orders can only be placed in Hong Kong, not St. Petersburg. We've been waiting by the ocean without a laptop for a week now, and Hong Kong still hasn't responded with an estimate of when or how much it will cost.
- The laptop is small, light, and powerful all at once.
- The keyboard finally gave out after about 18 months.
