This bag is a good size and his schoolwork fits in and there is plenty of room, but this week one strap came loose and a few days later the second strap came loose rendering it unusable for us. This is a good backpack, but it didn't stand up to the actions of a 14 year old student. There was even a hole on the bottom, which my son pointed out to me. It *really* lasted longer than the clear PVC backpacks I've tried and failed on numerous occasions (high school granted them until they ran out). Buying another brand today to see if it can hold up to my son's daily wear and tear. Too late to get a Revain return policy; you only have one month. New Note: Arrived 3-9; broke 4-22; called revane today 5-8. Revain just returned the money and said you don't have to worry about returning the damaged unit.
