This product is a lot better than expected, especially for the price. I used another very expensive mascara in a tube but it was $25. So I figured it was worth looking for a cheaper alternative. Item sent and delivered as promised. It comes in a nice box and has a protective tape over the product. When opening and removing the wand it was very thick and I wasn't sure how well it would apply. Application was easy and quickly covered the lashes and it looked amazing. During the day there is no chipping, crumbling or chipping around the eyes. The only thing I noticed is that the lashes don't stay "long" all day. It's strange that you never see crumbs or flakes. I like this product very much and will buy it again.
